I’m left with the feeling of loss as I try to comprehend the love Julian and Cassandra (who is modern day Emma) shared. It seems so pure and right and I want it. But, I also want to see where this thing with Stefan will lead if he makes it past the trial he is facing. I am looking forward to this journey and the intrigue of the characters as they become real and living individuals in my mind.
